As an out-of-network provider, I utilize the services of Thrizer who will process OON benefits on your behalf. Thrizer is a platform that helps clients get reimbursements back on out-of-network therapy sessions. If you qualify, Thrizer will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure out-of-network clients get reimbursed. They charge 0% to 5% fee per claim (ie, at the most for a $140.00 session, this would be $7.00). Thrizer's goal is to save clients time and money. It's completely optional, and as a therapist I do not benefit in any way from a client's participation.

I also accept Private Pay for services and may be able to offer a reduced fee at times; please don’t hesitate to inquire about current availability.

Individual: $140

Couples: $175

Family: $ 200

Thrizer is also used for Private Pay clients.

I am a partner with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective, which means I am committed to offering counseling services to its members at a low out-of-pocket cost. By becoming an Open Path member, you may be eligible for a reduced fee. Please note, however, that my availability for Open Path clients is limited, and joining Open Path does not guarantee access to therapy with me.

 Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like psychotherapy services, medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
