Our Approach
As a Licensed Therapist with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, we provide client-centered therapeutic services that focus on fostering resilience, clarity, and personal growth. Drawing from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Collaborative Therapy, and other evidence-based practices, we help individuals, couples, and families navigate their challenges by focusing on strengths, promoting positive change, and developing practical strategies for well-being.
Our approach is collaborative, empowering, and holistic, examining each individual within a larger systemic context.

At Renewed Strength Psychotherapy LLC, we use systemic approaches to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, marital and premarital issues, adjustment disorders, grief, and self-esteem. With considerable experience providing therapy in office, via tele-health, as well as in community-based and school settings, we are dedicated to helping clients create meaningful solutions aligned with their values and goals.
